Based on the comments from NTR’s Wife (He was remarried at a late age to Laxmi Parvathi after the death his first wife) who was the Author of NTR’s Biography book ‘Eduruleni Manishi (The Man with no opposition), Director Krish has referred to her Book while making this movie.

It is also an interesting fact that nobody has attempted to make NTR’s Biopic till now. Many of the directors and producers were not sure about whether they will be able to do the justice. This is also to do with the controversies in NTR’s personal life and political life. Mainly after he was married to Laxmi Parvathi and the subsequent rebellion by his Son-in-law and then Finance Minister Chandra Babu Naidu. With this NTR Biopic no in motion, Ram Gopal Verma has started working another Biopic of NTR with focus on the later life of NTR, covering how Chandrababu Naidu and some key important leaders in his party have cheated NTR and lead to his death subsequently.
